bet on good companies like AAPL, AMZN etc.. long term expiry, good strike price - play safe game (no kakrutthi) : you  may have good probability of winning profits...

or if one stock keeps on increasing for few days, mostly sell off undocchu appudu PUTS konadame..

For Starters - i would recommend playing with SPY (in Robinhood) since mostly it will be Swinging

Nenu 4k tho start chesi 1k ki valla, last one month lo from 1k to 5k. Again went to 2.5k last week. This week close is 4.5k. Still trying to understand market. 4.5k antha contracts konna. NVDA, CAT and twitter. 

Last week lo ok 2k account lo cash uninte, 3 times perigedi. Oka option kondam anukunna, but no money in account 

CAT 155c was 15 cents unde kondam anukunnappudu. Like 100 contracts  kondam anukunna, adi kasta 60 ki vellindi. Bad luck

Options are the biggest wealth districtors put the money in mutual funds or worst case stock use options safe guard your capital

try this formula. if you play for 2000 $ daily max, dont get greedy always exit if you got 200$. also if you lost 125$ close it.

theta value is our enemy mostly.  if stock wont increase or stay same, your calls/puts will be decay if they r in buy side.

check the liquidity of contracts.
