Thanks bhayya. ne posta chustunte baga vishayam unna vadila unnav. yeah anni defualts ayyayi. 6 personal loans and 9 credit cards. naku telsi na phone ki calls and apt ki letters vachi untai. eppudu na question enti ante If I start employment will they get to know that I am getting paid and can they go to court and get my wage garnished? and evaraina creditors na loans charge off cheste Will IRS be waiting for me?

Konni states lo wage garnishment untundhi. But depends on time. 

Court lo civil case vesi wage garnish chestaru but highly unlikely after 4 year.

As I said earlier, Loan default is not a crime and cannot be charged in court. The best the lenders could do is to recover the loans by liquidating your assets, if you are earning, they may get a order to curtail your earnings, etc..

Now that it is already 4 years, all attempts to recover must be futile now and it must have been tagged as recovery beyond attempts and closed the file. However, if there is any activity on your SSN, they may re-attempt to recover the dues but it all depends from case to case..

You have to live on cash literally..! But like I said earlier, If you have a wife working here or has SSN, Buikd her credit history and start using credit in her name..!

or else, you have to literally depend on cash..

It will stay on your credit report for 7 years, so no way you will get new credit cards or loans..also bank or agents can reinstate your collections process upto 15 years anukunta and can sue you if they see that you are earning or there are some properties in your name etc..if you are coming as h4 then thats fine. work visa medha work chesi banks ki kattatam waste thats my opinon..
