Thats not possible...passport number may change, name ma change...but biometrics will remain the same...you cannot create a new identity just by name change or passport change...

Ipuduna situation 1 lakh dollar sampadinchante atleast 5 years pattidhi..and above statement is correct min 7years it will be on your file but 15 years I am not sure !! Again don't worry if credit you can use your friends credit card by adding you as member but biggest worry is you can't get a home to rent on your name !

when coming to letters...student loans mida India Address ae kada vundedi, when you enroll as a student in a university, nee permanent address file mida vuntadi kada..

mari nuvu student loan ae eggokidthe, minimum la minimum vadu letter aina pampistadu kada bhai...

and legally here it goes...emi threatning letter pampistadu ? local lawyer gadu niku emi letter pampistadu ? asalu emi chesinav ani local lawyer gadu involve ayitadu ?
