Okay... Ekkuva think cheyyaku and don't go with eveydetail on the net. 

Start with lite food. Make sure you have eggs, chicken, fish, goat, lamb, paneer, broccoli, cauliflower in your daily food.

Avoid rice, bread, roti , sugars, milk and chocolates.

So the above for 2 weeks. First two months koddiga strict ga cheyy. No excercise. 

After two months tagging weight batti conitue xheyyala or low carb k switch avvala alochinchu. Low carb switch aithe maatram then you start doing training.

Yep correct ga chepparu pentaya ( lol ur ID though )

@DuvvaAbbulu choose one meat and one vegetable for everymeal 

all vegetables except potatoes/ sweet potatoes/ plantains ( try organic) 

all meats /eggs 

sample plan : 

breakfast — sautéed spinach , cucumber slices , 3 whole eggs ( cooked/ sautéed/ fried ) 2 spoons of sauerkraut ( this is probiotic very very very imp to digest food and push waste out of ur system ) 

lunch — chicken breast ( grilled/ made into curry ) , romaine salad without croutons 

dinner - paneer , sautéed carrots, beans

also take 2 multivitamin a day ... 

choose any protein of ur choice and add veggies ... first 2 weeks keep it simple later browse for keto ideas for food on YouTube ... u will get tons of ideas ( avoid first 2 weeks because u will overeat ur calorie limit looking at those recipes. Btw drink tons of water , divert ur mind from food .. whenever u have cravings divert it by watching a workout video or some nice romantic song lol ... u may sometimes hit plateau but trust me it’s working ... remember each fat cell has to convert back to its original size so it does take time ... ur body is working so hard internally .... 8 hrs of sleep mandatory!

First of all congrats that you took this decision of changing urself !!! Hang on you will see massive results just in couple of weeks !!!
