I am trying to reschedule b2 visa for an earlier date but when it was not showing up dates for earlier date . Anyone could help me how to reschedule b2 appointment for an earlier date?

Yeah I have called them . When i am seeing with one profile i can see an earlier date immediately i was logging in with in laws email id and trying to reschedule to that earlier date available but it was not showing up. Any insights about this why one profile was able to show an earlier date and actual account which reserved visa slot was n't able to show that date.
