separate West krishna District and name  as "Puchalapalli Sundarayya Jilla"

I think they should not rename any districts. if they create more districts in future, they should name places based on that places historical significance (like Tirupathi, Srisailam,... for example) and not based on people. 

People should get credit by having statues, parks,... with their name
