Narendra Modi.

He ruled, ruined and looted Gujarat for almost 12 years.

Modi became CM of Gujarat in October 2001 at that time the debt on Gujarat was Rs.45301 crore. Till 2014 when Modi left the post of CM for becoming PM the debt on Gujarat get increased to 1.6 Lakh crore[1].(Gujarat’s debt tripled in 10 yrs under Narendra Modi).

What happened in Gujarat under his misrule is the same thing happening in India at present.

In 2014 total debt [2]on central govt. was Rs. 53,11,081 crore which get increased to Rs.75,39,660.20 crore in 2017. It is a net rise of 42%.

Gujarat is also one of the worst state in sex ratio. It has just 919 females per 1000 males[3].

Modi never respected women in his whole life. He used to deploy police force for snooping young girls.(Snoopgate and Modi: Woman was spied on even outside Gujarat).

No wonder why under his misrule rape rate is increasing while conviction rate is going down.

Farmers were the one who got more affected under his reign. Gujarat is 7th worst state when it comes to farmer suicides. Only 46% of Gujarat is covered by irrigation while it is 98% in Punjab.

If there is anyone who get acchhe din (translation:good days) under his rule, it is Adani and Ambani, rest of the population was rotting in poverty.

As per the United Nation’s multi-dimensional poverty index 2010, 41 percent Gujarati's are living in poverty.

In 2002 revenue of Adani group was just 765 million USD which get increased to 8.8 billion USD in 2014.

It is a net rise of 1050 percent.

Adani was given land to set up SEZ at Rs.1.30 while the market price of that land is Rs.1100 per square meter and some even pay Rs.5500 per square meter.

Contrary to popular perception Modi is most corrupt politician of India. His rule was reeked with scams.

He left the post of Lokayukt (ombudsman) vacant from 2003 to 2012.

In April 2012 he passed a new bill, The Gujarat Ombudsman council which allows him to Choose the ombudsman of his own choice, block ombudsman from investigating any cases against himself or his cabinet ministers, remove the primacy of high court chief justice and the governor in the appointment of ombudsman[4].

Modi granted 422 acre of land to Anar Patel’s business partners at Rs 15 per square meter in Gir buffer zone.

The government’s stamp duty rate of that land in Rs 180 per square meter.

Private organizations like Muralidhar Trust even paid as high as Rs. 671 per square meter for that land[5].

Adani coal scam.

Adani imported coal and equipment at a very high price from his own subsidiaries in Dubai and Indonesia and hence consumers were forced to pay high price for electricity generated out of Adani’s thermal power plant.

ED prescribed a fine of Rs.5500 crore on Adani group but Modi govt. levied a fine of just Rs.160 crore.

The GSPC scam caused a loss of 20000 crore.

In 2005 he announced that GSPC (Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation) has found gas worth 2 lakh 20 thousand crore Rupees in K.G basin and spending there would make India self sufficient in field of energy in just 2 years.

After that GPSC borrowed 20 thousand crore Rupees from 15 banks.

As of now not even a single drop of gas has recovered from basin.

It is also important to note that between 2006 to 2009 GSPC sold natural gas to Adani Energy at a very low rate which caused a loss of Rs.70.5 crore.

Sanjiv Bhatt, Rahul Sharma, R.B Sreekumar, Kuldeep Sharma and other IPS officers were removed or harassed for taking action against him.

During 2002 Godhra riots when violence was at it’s peak, IPS Rahul Sharma saved lives of almost 400 Muslim children from a mob of more than 10000 rioters.

On 2nd march when a mob of almost 10000 people were trying to set fire to a madarsa, (translation: muslim school) Rahul Sharma showed up and ordered to open fire on the mob.

At that time, that Muslim school had almost 400 students and if he had not ordered to open fire then those innocent children would have lost their lives.

Editor of Times of India, Kingshuk Nag reported that Modi got quite angry due to this. He complained that Rahul Sharma is seeking cheap publicity by acting like a hero[6].

That time Home Minister of Gujarat, Gordhan Zadafia also said that ratio of deaths due to police firing is not proper i.e, more Hindus are killed than Muslims[7].

Officer Rahul Sharma also collected Call Data Records which led to the arrest of Minister of Women and Child Development, Maya Kodnani.

After some years she was convicted for her role in the Naroda Patiya massacre where 97 Muslims including 33 children were murdered[8]. Unfortunately just some days back she was acquitted by Gujarat high court[9].

She fired the first shot, handed out swords to murderers and encouraged them to kill innocent people including women and children.

Babu Bajrangi, the leader of Bajrang Dal was sentenced to life imprisonment for his role in Naroda Patiya massacre.

Babu Bajrangi confessed that Narendra bhai gave them free hand for three days.Despite knowing that Maya Kodnani is accused of Naroda Patiya massacre, Modi did not remove her from the ministry while Haren Pandya who testified against him was thrown out of the ministry.

Haren Pandya revealed that on 27th Feb 2002, Modi held a meeting in which he ordered police officers to allow people to vent their frustration i.e, allow them to loot and kill. Later on in 2003 he was found dead in his car[10].

IPS Sanjiv Bhatt said that Haren Pandya was murdered by Tulsi Prajapati who was later on allegedly bumped by Amit Shah in fake encounter. (Tulsiram Prajapati killed Haren Pandya, says Sanjiv Bhatt)

After Godhra riots IPS Sanjiv Bhatt filed an affidavit in Supreme Court saying that he too was present in that meeting of 27th Feb 2002 in which Modi ordered them to not take action against rioters.

He was finally removed from his post on the account of “unauthorized absence”. It is quite possible that “unauthorized absence” is just an excuse and he got removed for speaking against Modi.

The same thing happened with Kuldeep Sharma. Kuldeep Sharma was the first IPS office from Gujarat cadre who served as an officer on special duty in CMO.

In 2015 he presented a report to chief secretary of Gujarat that Amit Shah, yes the same Amit Shah who is currently president of BJP has taken a bribe of Rs. 25 million to bailout Ketan Parekh, a swindler who illegally withdrew 1600 crore Rupees from cooperative bank of Madhavpura. (‘Shah took 2.5 crore bribe from scamster’)

Kuldeep also collected CDR (Call Data Records) and flight details which corroborated the insinuation that Parekh and Shah had struck a deal and were in touch with each other through phone calls.

He also suggested that a probe should be initiated against Shah. It is also important to note that at that time Shah was also a director of Madhavpura Mercantile Cooperative Bank.

After this incident when Kuldeep was on training in Mussorie, Modi govt. transferred him out of crime branch of CID.

Kuldeep also oversaw the submission of a report regarding Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case.

This was the first report which revealed that the encounter of Sohrabuddin Sheikh, Kauser Bi (Sheikh’s wife) and Tulsi Prajapati (Sheikh’s associate) was fake.

Amit Shah was charge sheeted and got jailed for this case but he got bail in 2010.

In Nov 2009, Kuldeep was downgraded and given a low level assignment as the MD of Gujarat state sheep and wool development.
