Based on my understanding , Situations are going to be more worst for the legal High skilled immigrants. Even the senators and congressmen say that they can only HELP when the effected community comeS out and raise their voices to the lawmakers and get traction on Media. Now the community has to decide weather we get unite and raise our voice or should be prepared to go back to home country once their extensions are rejected . Also keep in mind the rejection rate is 76% for H1B Extensions. Majority of the H1B extensions are getting rejected whose I-140’s are approved and on H1 Visa for more than 6 years. CLEAR DANGER BELLS Entire Immigrant community should get unite to advocate the issues that are important to the community . Based on the Washington Examiner GOP is planning to bring immigration bill on to the floor this month.Also this is a conservative paper and their information is always accurate. Every one who thinks his case is getting rejected due to unfair reason can do that..
