just investment purpose ke. no plans to build home. future lo growth scope vunde chaalu. upcoming develop avuthunna areas lo.

Actually Life Insurance cheste India lo too good returns vastayi. Not sure if you ever consider. If you have girl child Indian Post office also has a scheme. 14 lakhs ki they will pay 64 lakhs when the child turns 18 years. Instead of investing in plots you can get excellent returns in these. IMO, 2 cr petti commercial site tisukoni (1 cr down and remaining loan) you can better off to great start

Do a FD on 2 crores. Transfer all the interest to SIP. that will work out more than 2 - 3 lakhs after 3 to 4 years. But subject to market risk.
