Change in H4 EAD rule

Without revoking H4 EAD, govt can amend the rules with following terms:

1) H4 EAD holders shouldn't/can't work for an employer 

2) They can only establish a business

If they change the rule like this, IT field lo vunna chetha antha podthundi (aunties dhi) and also kotha jobs creat avuthayi valla dwara.

Nee thought Nee thought (i.t employee) lane undi bhayya and it might seem good to most of us..because we are working in i.t kabatti,manaki new jobs vastai anukuntunnam...but ade store lo no,insurance lo no leka bank lo do direct ga chey job ante asalu appudu Americans ki ekkuva i.t kante endukante they are majority in those sectors kadha...total point citizens ki help cheyatam and not for h1bs kabatti mana initial hypothesis fail bhayya

H4 EAD ki avasaram ledhu kada... 

In this case, any spouse is eligible to get H4EAD , if they are in backlog without any investment..But if they want to work..they can start up business (small scale) which can range from 5k to 100K or  ++
