Billing rates thaggayee man. Mesthris knows husbands location. So wife thakkuva ki Ina ikkade chesthadi Ani telusu.

I know a person who works for 20$ billing rate.

Ok ... andaru ala cheyaru man..So emantav H4 EAD valla niku JOb pothadi antav..I dont think thats the issue...Resume pick avvadam important and thats most CLient select ....

It's just simple math. More supply. less demand. Less billing rates. 

Resume pick gurinchi matladi waste le. Everyone knows how that system works in desi dominated places.

Bro not everyone works for such low billing rate ....  st.louis ,dallas lanti places lo they are getting 50-55 and they are on vendors w-2

also if you are given choice to work on ead why will they or why are they going to mestri

akda evari interviews vallu tiskovali, training ki money pay cheyali maname, food accomadation manade

just valla pay roll mida untam ante 

so vadu opt ki aite 60-40 annadu 

ade h4 ead ki 75-25 cheppadu 

nenu ila aite ca lo kastam ani nene bayta try cheskunna and happy now

like other words lo restaurant pettuko... evening chusukovachu legal ga, meetings ki vellochu, etc but you have to keep working for h1 sponsorer without any change in it.
