MeraBharat_Mahan Posted May 10, 2018 Report Posted May 10, 2018 check with the current employer (FT)if they are ready to start his labor and GC process if yes then stay. if not he has to go back has to look for a project and go back to his old employer Quote
tacobell fan Posted May 10, 2018 Report Posted May 10, 2018 It's good if employer did not revoke I-140, generally I-140 is employer sponsorship and he can revoke but you can retain PD only if employee stayed 180 days. Since employer did not revoke I-140, it's good to go back and start working as consultant. Remember this is why all of us work for mestri's because FT are too fragile. Everything seems working until things fall apart (it will happen to most if not everyone). None of the end clients are willing to sponsor even if the candidate is a director level position. Quote
