But then naa tho appudappudu touch lo unde naa B.Tech ammayi monna call lo cheppindhi aa pilla gurinchi.(My friend does not know that aa story lo pelli koduku naa dost gaadu ani. I did not reveal) Then just casual ga maatladuthu 'hey neeku aa pilla gurtundha. Aame pelli settle ayyindhi oka NRI tho andhi'. Then she told me everything like how that girl and her BF used to meet at each others houses when no one in the house. Aa ammayiki B.Tech ayyaka Pune lo job dorikindhi. Akkada vere ammayilatho kalisi apt teesukunnaru. But holidays lo roommates intiki pothe, that girl's BF used to come and they used to stay in same house for multiple days. So, mottaniki enti ante they did bumchiks.

Ippudu ee vishayam telisaka kuuda maa friend gadiki cheppaka pothe vaadi life spoil chesina vadini avutanemo ani guilty feeling undhi. Suggestions bhayya. Cheppala, vadha ?

I would say tell him... marrying or not let him decide and understand the situation.. if he comes to know in future with that mind set he will have lot of problems.
