ask him to contact his dso and check whether his SEVIS is active....I know some cases I797B vachina kuda SEVIS complete ayipoyindhi....So if SEVIS complete ayithe..he has to go for stamping immediately..

You frnd status depends on the start date of that h1b..if h1b start date already passed then he should go for stamping immediately and he is in h1b status now.

if not then he still in f1

Usually they terminate SEVIS the day they approved the H1. Check with school DSO and confirm the same. Stamping ki pakka India vellali.

status is nothing to with stamping..so technically he is in H1 now without i94..he can stay in usa since he got valid i94 from f1 status but he should not work on CPT..so better go for stamping as soon as possible

I think its not in the case of this guy. athadi status completed loki vellaka .. border cross/ visa interview ki velli F1 paina vocchadankunta.. So his present sevis is no way related to his approved H1. 

change of status avvdhu ..consular processing ki vellali.

Krishma cheppindhi correct ankunta... but talk to your attorney once. 

CPT ni immediate ga drop pettadam better. Administrative processing kabatti Day 1 cpt endhuku theeskunnav ani kuda adagocchu. So mundhe documentation prepare cheskodam better.

This is true..happened to my roomate...vadu CPT undhi kadha ani work chestha unnadu...kani 1 week lo DSO email chesindhi...ne SEVIS complete status ki velindhi we cant reopen ani...

H1 revoke/deny ayyaka aa pani chesada ? ala ayithe sevis number kuda marthadhi. so kotha sevis USCIS ki manam update cheyyam. MTR open chesinapudu vadi dhaggare nee new sevis info lenidhe ela terminate chestharu ani naa doubt ?
