Hello,

nadhi 6 years aipoindhi h1b..140 meedha extension and amendment kalipi apply chesadu mesthri.

last week oka query vachindhi...answer cheyaledhu inka..malli ninna inko query  issued ani undhi egov website lo

same content but just date changed 

Is it possible for uscis to issue 2 back to back queries when the first one is not even answered yet or leka glitch ayi undocha mesthri emo glitch ani antunnadu wait for one month if you dont get any RFE in mail for the second one you should be safe with just one query antunnadu

usciis vadi case status website eppudu edho oka mess up avvuthu untundhi..so its could be just a glitch..wait for 1 month to get letter in mail and reply with both rfe letters in one go..

same query two times annav ga..so it will be def. glich.

if this is two different queries with two dates then officer mess up chesi untadu and but still you need to answer both..vadini kellukuntam endhuku..

nenu online status gurinchi chepthunna. request for additional evidence is issued  on XYZ date ani vachindhi..first query emo last week date tho undhi...online lo

and mail lo rfe copy vachindhi

second dhi ninna request for additional evidence is issued on ABC date ( may 9th) ani update aindhi kani rfe mail lo raledhu inka ....mesthri emo ala undadhu antunnadu.glitch emo antunnadu..attorney emo one month wait chei antunnadu..

then it should be correct, you got 2 RFE's, this is not abnormal, i got 2 RFE"s as well but was part of one single RFE incident, in your case you have 2 RFE's as 2 incidents

it could be possible the 2nd incidence of RFE is closely tied to the first one

in my case, first RFE was EE, second one was resident vs work lcoation

Check with attorney if they received fax for 2nd rfe...

Have seen many people with two different rfe's...in the recent past
