I think nagi told that they tried to contact jamuna but it didn't worked out since she lives in madras. 

About KRR. absolutely no need to contact a person who was just an assistant director that time.

I was confused with Rama Prabha. He tried contacting both Jamuna gaaru , rama prabha gaaru. and he said they were busy that time. see the video I posted above.
