whichever party wins, it'll implement the will of the public.

The will of the public is Hindutva. I think Alpachinao is one of the few guys who says that openly.

hmm.. even if they don't win. They have high ranking functionaries in every institution in India now. They always had it, ofcourse, except for a short duration in the 2000s.
