toranam Posted May 16, 2018 Report Posted May 16, 2018 Case 4 Hello, My amendment/extension got DENIED on May9th with my current employer. I am still waiting to know the reason. I have a valid i-94 until July 2018. My employer has suggested that he would file a new extension/amendment in regular and as I have a valid i94, I can continue working with the new petition receipt. If anyone else is in the same situation, can you please let me know what options do I have ? Quote
