If India is too large for paper ballots, then stop central level elections, and let MLAs vote for a PM. 

EC hasn't opensourced the EVM. testing it in IIT proves nothing. they have to give up its design to hackers who can test it on their own.

EVM's with VVPAT is the way to go that has paper trail, we dont thing we should go back to stealing ballot boxes or burning ballot boxes
