if they have , then why did this happen.

why didnt they have the life jackets, death toll taggedi kada..

I think this is not a tourist one.. remote villages lo control cheyadam konchem tough task.. anni unte ekkuva money pay cheyali ga janam.. appudu janam go for cheap one ..

but still when its mallter of lives. no alternate cheaper option should be provided.
