H1-B after 6 years

Na current H1-B 2019 lo expire avtadi.. I have approved I-140 since 2016.  I am planning on moving to India for 1-2 yrs.. 2019 tarvata nenu malli US ki ravalante should I go through lottery? Or will my I-140 be valid to get third extension?

nee h1 extension seypinchukoni...leave of absence ani pettukoni india povocchu...and you dont need to run payroll if you have that leave of absence letter..i took a sabbatical for 6 months  in 2014..

as far as i know you dont need lottery unless your employer revoked your 140.

H1 renewal only possible after 2019 kada bhayya.. how can it be done now?

Even after 6 yrs of initial H1, can I get renewal based on I-140 even if I am out of the country?

extension can be done 6 months before ur current expiry date

Are you planning to extend and leave ? Or just wait until expiry and leave..there can be difference based on this

Out of country aithe new h1 apply seyyali....anyway extn aina new one aina no difference in process..
