so many people are giving wrong info here.. you can come back anytime from India based on your i140 even if your employer revokes it..this is new rule passed by USCIS last year..but you need to come before your i140 dates becomes current..

If you are confident that she is a reliable person go ahead or else vachinaka emmana bisket este inko project ettukoni amendment file sesko...but everything always has a risk..eppudainaa nee daridram lokesh babu tho lip kiss istee field visit ki evadaina vastunnadu ani mee employer ki email sestee ask them to tell the uscis officer that you are currently on a break...uscis site visit chese mundu nee appointment fix cheskone vastar so mostly everything should be fine as long as you have validity on ur H1

yeah for some reason the new manager is implementing 2080 hours rule 

so 4 months down the line i think i may need to take a 2 month break from current project so i will say jai balayya and visit india

Sure aa bhayya.. can you provide source just for my reference and reading.. even h1-b ki 1 yr gap ochina em problem undada? I mean to say if i was not holding valid h1 from 2019 to late 2020, can i still apply for h1 under cap exempt scenario in 2020?

can be done, one of my colleague returned to india thru CTS . CTS HR told he can return when he wants to and he has left 3 yrs back
