Indian mangoes seed carry pests which can destroy the crop in north America as the crop here is very sensitive and the mango pest are resistant to common pesticides used , they need to irradiate the mangoes which is done in bombay and will be exported to US

If you want mangoes from India , you have to first get them irradiated and than get it here , unfortunately we are eating the mangoes which are treated. 

My in laws had huge mango orchard  and they are not able to send it

you cannot ship mangoes to india in a parcel.

you have to have license to import.

before those mangoes get shipped...they have to be inspected and tested for any pests.
