TampaChinnodu Posted May 19, 2018 Report Posted May 19, 2018 12 శాతం తగ్గిన సాఫ్ట్వేర్ కొలువులు ఆటోమోబైల్, పారిశ్రామిక, నిర్మాణ రంగాల్లో వృద్ధి జాబ్స్ వెబ్సైట్ సర్వేలో వెల్లడి దేశవ్యాప్తంగా వివిధ రంగాల్లో కొలువుల వృద్ధి శాతం 3 శాతం పెరగ్గా...ఐటీ రంగంలో మాత్రం 12 శాతం కొలువులకు కోత పడినట్లు తాజా సర్వేలో తేలింది. 2017, ఏప్రిల్తో పోలిస్తే 2018 ఏప్రిల్ చివరి నాటికి పలురంగాల్లో కొలువులకు కోత పడగా.. మరికొన్ని రంగాల్లో వృద్ధి నమోదైనట్లు నౌక్రి డాట్కామ్ వెబ్సైట్ తాజా అధ్యయనంలో వెల్లడైంది. ఐటీ..అనుబంధ రంగాల్లో ఇలా.. 2018, ఏప్రిల్ నెలాఖరునాటికి వివిధ రంగాల్లో కొలువుల వృద్ధిరేటును పరిశీలించి విడుదల చేసిన తాజా జాబ్సీక్ రిపోర్ట్లో ఐటీ మినహా ఇతర రంగాల్లో వృద్ధి మూడు శాతం నమోదైందని ఈ అధ్యయనం తేటతెల్లం చేసింది. ప్రధానంగా ఆటోమోబైల్, నిర్మాణ రంగం, ఇంజినీరింగ్ విభాగాల్లో కొలువుల జోరు కొనసాగుతోందని ఈ రిపోర్ట్ వెల్లడించడం విశేషం. మెట్రో నగరాల్లో జాబ్ ట్రెండ్స్ ఇలా.. ముంబయి, కోల్కతా నగరాల్లో ప్రతీఏటా ఐటీ కొలువుల్లో వృద్ధి నమోదవుతోందని..కానీ బెంగళూరు, హైదరాబాద్ నగరాల్లో నాలుగుశాతం తగ్గినట్లు ఈ నివేదిక వెల్లడించింది. కాగా కోల్కతాలో ఏటా ఐదుశాతం వృద్ధి, ముంబయిలో 4 శాతం, చెన్నైలో ఒకశాతం వృద్ధి నమోదవుతోందట. ఇక పుణే నగరంలోనూ కొలువుల్లో ఒక శాతం కోత పడుతున్నట్లు ఈ సర్వే రిపోర్టు వెల్లడించింది. పురోగమిస్తోన్న కొత్త రంగాలు.. ఐటీ రంగంలో కొలువుల వృద్ధిరేటు తగ్గుముఖం పట్టగా...మరోవైపు ఆటోమొబైల్, పారిశ్రామికరంగం, నిర్మాణ రంగాల్లో కొలువుల వృద్ధి గణనీయంగా నమోదవడం విశేషం. ఇక బీపీఓ, ఇన్సూరెన్స్, బ్యాంకింగ్, ఫార్మా, బయోటెక్ రంగాల్లోనూ స్వల్పవృద్ధి రేటు నమోదైనట్లు తాజా నివేదికలో వెల్లడైంది. మెట్రో నగరాల్లో ఐటీ కొలువుల్లో పెరుగుదల/తరుగుదల ఇలా ఉంది... నగరం పెరుగుదల/తరుగుదల కోల్కతా 5 శాతం వృద్ధి ముంబయి 4 శాతం వృద్ధి చెన్నై 1 శాతం వృద్ధి బెంగళూరు 4 శాతం తరుగుదల హైదరాబాద్ 4 శాతం తరుగుదల వివిధ రంగాల్లో వృద్ధి ఇలా ఉంది. రంగం కొలువుల్లో వృద్ధి ఇలా ఉంది (శాతంలో) ఆటోమొబైల్ 33 పారిశ్రామికరంగం 23 నిర్మాణరంగం 20 బీపీఓ 11 ఇన్సూరెన్స్ 06 బ్యాంకింగ్ 05 ఫార్మా, బయోటెక్ 04 మందగమనం తాత్కాలికమే నగరంలో ఐటీ రంగంలో కొలువుల వృద్ధిరేటు తాత్కాలికంగా తగ్గుముఖం పట్టినప్పటికీ..త్వరలో కొత్త కంపెనీలు, ప్రాజెక్టుల రాకతో పుంజుకుంటున్నట్లు అంచనా వేస్తున్నాం. ఐటీ, హార్డ్వేర్ పాలసీ, టీఎస్ఐపాస్ రాకతో గ్రేటర్ నగరానికి దేశ, విదేశీ దిగ్గజ కంపెనీల రాక మొదలైంది. – జీఎల్.స్వామి, ఐటీ రంగ నిపుణుడు Quote
TampaChinnodu Posted May 19, 2018 Author Report Posted May 19, 2018 గ్రేటర్ హైదరాబాద్లో తగ్గుతున్న ఐటీ కొలువులు ఇన్ఫర్మేషన్ టెక్నాలజీ(ఐటీ), బిజినెస్ ప్రాసెస్ ఔట్సోర్సింగ్(బీపీవో), నాలెడ్జ్ ప్రాసెస్ ఔట్సోర్సింగ్(కేపీవో) రంగాలకు కొంగుబంగారంగా నిలిచిన హైదరాబాద్ మహానగరంలో ఇప్పుడు సీన్ రివర్స్ అయ్యింది. ఉద్యోగాల కల్పనలో ఐటీ రంగం వెనుకబడింది. తాజాగా ఐటీ రంగంలో వృద్ధిరేటు మైనస్ 6 శాతంగా నమోదైనట్లు నౌకరి డాట్కామ్ తాజా సర్వేలో వెల్లడైంది. ఈ ఏడాది జనవరి–మార్చి మధ్య కాలంలో వివిధ రంగాల్లో ఉద్యోగాల కల్పన ట్రెండ్పై జరిపిన అధ్యయనానికి సంబంధించిన వివరాలను నౌకరీ డాట్కామ్ ఇటీవల వెల్లడించింది. గ్రేటర్లో తగ్గుతున్న ఐటీ కొలువులు.. బహుళ జాతి, దేశీయ దిగ్గజ సంస్థలకు చెందిన సుమారు వెయ్యి సాఫ్ట్వేర్ కంపెనీల బ్రాంచీలు గ్రేటర్ కేంద్రంగా కార్యకలాపాలు సాగిస్తున్నాయి. ఆయా కంపెనీల్లో సుమారు 6 లక్షల మంది ఉపాధి పొందుతున్నారు. అయితే కంపెనీల విస్తరణ ప్రణాళికలు ఏటా ఆశించిన మేరకు అమలు కాకపోవడం.. కొత్త ప్రాజెక్టులు చేజిక్కకపోవడం.. అంతర్జాతీయంగా మార్కెట్ ఆశించిన స్థాయిలో లేకపోవడం తదితర కారణాలతో కొలువుల్లో మందగమనం నమోదైనట్లు ఐటీ రంగ నిపుణులు చెబుతున్నారు. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ సౌజన్యంతో గ్రేటర్ పరిధిలో నిర్మించ తలపెట్టిన ఐటీఐఆర్ ప్రాజెక్టు నాలుగేళ్లుగా సాకారం కాకపోవడం.. దీనికి కేంద్రం తాజా బడ్జెట్లో నిధులు కేటాయించకపోవడం కూడా ఐటీ రంగం వృద్ధికి ప్రతిబంధకంగా మారిందని అంటున్నారు. అయితే రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం నూతనంగా ప్రవేశపెట్టిన ఐటీ, హార్డ్వేర్ పాలసీ, టీఎస్ఐపాస్ రాకతో ఐటీ రంగంతోపాటు పారిశ్రామిక రంగాలు ఇప్పుడిప్పుడే పురోగమిస్తున్నాయని, త్వరలోనే ఆయా రంగాల్లో క్రమంగా వృద్ధి నమోదవుతుందని అంచనా వేస్తున్నారు. గ్రేటర్లో ఇతర రంగాల దూకుడు.. గ్రేటర్ పరిధిలో ఐటీ రంగంతో పోలిస్తే ఇన్సూరెన్స్ రంగంలో గణనీయమైన వృద్ధి నమోదైంది. బీమా రంగంలో 73 శాతం వృద్ధి నమోదవడం విశేషం. దేశ, విదేశాలకు చెందిన ఇన్సూరెన్స్ సంస్థలు నగరంలో వాహన, వ్యక్తిగత, ఆరోగ్య బీమా రంగంలో విభిన్న పాలసీలను ప్రవేశపెడుతున్నాయి. ఈ పాలసీలను వినియోగదారుల వద్దకు చేర్చేందుకు పెద్ద ఎత్తున రిక్రూట్మెంట్కు శ్రీకారం చుట్టినట్లు మార్కెట్ వర్గాలు విశ్లేషిస్తున్నాయి. ఇక ఆటోమొబైల్ రంగంలో 44 శాతం, నిర్మాణ రంగంలో 41 శాతం, బ్యాంకింగ్, ఫైనాన్షియల్ సెక్టార్లో 40 శాతం, సూక్ష్మ, చిన్న, మధ్యతరహా, భారీ పరిశ్రమల్లో 34 శాతం, ఫార్మా రంగంలో 14 శాతం, బీపీవో రంగంలో 9 శాతం వృద్ధి నమోదైనట్లు నౌకరీ డాట్కామ్ సర్వేలో తేలింది. మెట్రో నగరాల్లో ఉద్యోగాల కల్పనలో వృద్ధి శాతం ఇలా.. నగరం ర్యాంకు వృద్ధి శాతం కోల్కతా 1 34 ఢిల్లీ 2 20 ముంబై 3 18 హైదరాబాద్ 4 06 బెంగళూరు 5 05 చెన్నై 5 05 పుణే 6 01 సేవా, పారిశ్రామిక రంగాల్లో గణనీయ వృద్ధి ఈజ్ ఆఫ్ డూయింగ్ బిజినెస్ ర్యాంకింగ్లో మెరుగైన స్థానం సాధించడంతో హైదరాబాద్లో పరిశ్రమల స్థాపనకు బీమా కంపెనీలతో పాటు తయారీ రంగ పరిశ్రమలు క్యూ కడుతున్నాయి. టీఎస్ఐపాస్, ఇండస్ట్రియల్ హెల్త్ క్లినిక్, ప్రభుత్వ ప్రోత్సాహంతో ఆయా రంగాల్లో వృద్ధిరేటు శరవేగంగా పెరుగుతోంది. – శ్రీనివాస్, ఫ్యాప్సీ అధ్యక్షుడు Quote

Indian IT sector has lot of such support jobs. And Cloud too. With Cloud growth companies do not need so many people to manage operations. AI might take some time to take off. Quote
