Supreme Court cannot decide the appointment of Pro-term speaker. 

Congress is misusing the office of SC.

They are asking why wasn't the Senior most member appointed as Pro-tem speaker which is usual practice...

If they are trying to misuse SC itself will dismiss the plea...
