It is still true,

Perception of corruption by AP people is at 72% but only 13% people faced corruption.

In TG the perception is at 13% but 73% faced corruption.

I can also write a article and say India is the most corrupted country as all international media outlets project India as a country with very severe rape problem.

Media wants to highlight an issue which is not in d report, dis is selective reporting of facts and misrepresenting the report with a misleading title.

TG and AP are last in stopping corruption but not actual corruption.

Ap and TG are not most corrupted even in this survey, they are last in steps taken to control corruption but not in actual corruption completely biased article against non BJP rules states.
