Need sahayam with hechhh okati

DB pedhalara, nenu db lo active ga theddu lu chustunta kani yekkuva participate cheyale. I am going through different issue in hech okati. Here are  details:

nenu client A ki pultime chesthunde chee pee tee meedha, dhayagala client hech okati yesadu, adrustam dharidram package la, april end ki job aipoindhi(due to several reasons). Malli adrustam dharidram package lo inko pultime ochindhi(client B), joining next week. Iyyala kotha chee pee tee patram chuskunte mind dobbindhi, na hech okati picked and i20 lo case number kuda pettadu. Yedari lo yendi poina chettu ki varsham padinattu ga naalo aashalu vachayi nduko,  itanti situation yevarikina ochindha , pls help me, podhuna nundi manasu motham aa receipt number meedhane undhi. Ye rakam ga aina avakasham undha naku

Call client A HR ask receipt number, it’s ok if they withdraw. File H1 transfer, you should be good

Can the new employer file an I-129 transfer for me before October 1?

A: Yes, the employer can file an I-129 application on your behalf to change employers.  There is currently no regulation or guidance issued by USCIS strictly prohibiting this type of filing.

USCIS has taken the stance on multiple occasions that only H1B holders who have previously been in H-1B status can transfer to a new employer.  As you are not in H1B status until October 1, filing a transfer prior to this date could lead to a denial.  We recommend waiting until October 1 to file a transfer to a new employer.

If you have Good terms with client A, request Manager to keep h1b application until Oct 1 st. So you can file transfer.

At the end of the day, nee luck ni batti vunthundi.

Client A big company. Client b very small startup kind of. Reasons ante performance kaadhu,  budget cuts effect. Na lanti pilla pushpalu inka 4 ni lepeearu okesari. Client B sponsor chesthado ledho inka thelidhu, asalu matladale aa topic, job karuvu lo yedhokati ani accept chesina
