It’s not about approvals anymore...it’s about change of status denials...not just these two but more than 180 days of Day-1 CPT and not adhering to I983 guidelines and lot more stuff, will get a denial. If COS status is denied, that means there was violation in your existing status and if this violation start date was beyond 180 days, then there would be a 3 year bar and if it’s more than one year the.
