What happened after strict return policy of best buy ? My friend got banned for returning 3 small.items in a year!! This is ridiculous !! So what happened to sales after strict return policy? Me and my friends stoped going to best buy after this.

we will find some other store, but we dont stop returning items, after using them.

I have seen tella tejams do a lot, I used to work in Customer Desk in M&S

Have seen many tella tejams, try to abuse the system. But you can sau big NOOOOOOOO and say to Fruck off if ypou have a valid reason, they cant do anything apart from shutting down all 9 holes and go back.
