Yes always a smart idea to buy with cash and preserve the receipt if you are planning on returning those items.

They do this everywhere these days, because people have become experts at resealing used products and selling them back.

True Best buy is applying some changes which will validate all your returns across the various store ...and they ban you!! this is ridiculous!! 

any way gatlanti stores manaki suit avavu..if they are strict better to ignore only buy if we cant get anywhere else ( price takuva ante koda konakandii ikada 99% companies price match chesthaye) ....yendukochina godava // 2 stores currently friends are ignoring

ప్రముఖ ఈ-కామర్స్‌ దిగ్గజం అమెజాన్‌ ఈజీ రిటర్న్‌ పాలసీ ఇక నుంచి మీరు అనుకున్నంత సరళంగా ఏం ఉండబోదు. తమ ప్లాట్‌ఫామ్‌పై నిబంధనలను ఉల్లంఘిస్తున్న కొనుగోలుదారులను అమెజాన్‌ ఇంక్‌ బ్యాన్‌ చేస్తోంది. షాపింగ్‌ చేసి ఉత్పత్తులను కొనుగోలు చేసిన అనంతరం, ఒక్కోసారి ఎలాంటి కారణం లేకుండా వాటిని వెనక్కి ఇచ్చేయడం,  ఎక్కువగా రిటర్నులు పెట్టడం చేస్తున్న వారిపై  అమెజాన్‌ చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నట్టు వాల్‌స్ట్రీట్‌ జర్నల్‌ రిపోర్టు చేసింది. గత కొన్నేళ్లుగా అమెజాన్‌ పలువురు కస్టమర్ల అకౌంట్లను రద్దు చేసిందని, ఎలాంటి కారణం లేకుండా తమ నిబంధనలను ఉల్లంఘిస్తున్నారని వారిపై చర్యలు తీసుకున్నట్టు పేర్కొంది. కస్టమర్‌-సెంట్రిక్‌ కంపెనీగా అమెజాన్‌కు పేరుంది. అమెజాన్‌ మాదిరే చాలా ఈ-రిటైలర్లు, ఇతర స్టోర్లు ఈజీ ఫ్రీ రిటర్న్‌ పాలసీని అవలంభిస్తున్నాయి. అయితే ఇటీవల ఈ-రిటైల్‌ స్పేస్‌లో పోటీ విపరీతంగా పెరిగింది. అయితే ప్రస్తుతం ఇవే రిటర్న్‌ పాలసీలు కస్టమర్లకు సమస్యలను సృష్టిస్తున్నట్టు తెలిసింది.  

అమెజాన్‌ ముందస్తుగా ఎలాంటి నోటీసు లేకుండా తమ అకౌంట్లను క్లోజ్‌ చేసినట్టు పలువురు కస్టమర్లు ట్విటర్‌, ఫేస్‌బుక్‌ల్లో ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. ఒక కస్టమర్‌ అయితే ఏకంగా అమెజాన్‌ నుంచి వచ్చిన ఈ-మెయిల్‌ను స్క్రీన్‌షాట్‌ తీసి షేర్‌చేసింది. గత 12 నెలల్లో ఎందుకు పలు ఆర్డర్లను వెనక్కి తిరిగి ఇచ్చేశారు, దానికి సమాధానం చెప్పండని అమెజాన్‌ అడిగినట్టు ఆ స్క్రీన్‌షాట్‌లో ఉంది. తమ పాలసీలను ఉల్లంఘిస్తున్నందుకే యూజర్లను తమ ప్లాట్‌ఫామ్‌పై బ్యాన్‌ చేసినట్టు అమెజాన్‌ పేర్కొంటోంది. అమెజాన్‌ తన ప్లాట్‌ఫామ్‌పై యూజర్లను బ్యాన్‌ చేయడం ఇదేమీ తొలిసారి కాదని, అంతకముందు కూడా పలువురు ప్రైమ్‌ మెంబర్లను బ్యాన్‌ చేసిందని తెలిసింది. అప్పుడు కూడా అమెజాన్‌ సరియైన వివరణ ఇవ్వలేదు. ఇదే విషయంపై కొంతమంది అమెజాన్‌కు వ్యతిరేకంగా దావా కూడా వేశారు.
