Congress is still very strong, its just momentum and leadership are not worth of the time but...by 2024, Congress will be back and will be formidable force.

For people who think congress is finished and has been buried deep alive, the answer is NO. Future of AP is with Congress. 

For the things Congress done to Punjabi's and Punjab, Congress was wiped out of Punjab but returned with thumping 0majority only 10 years after. AP's bifurcation is nothing when compared to Punjabi massacre and operation Blue star. 

TDP does has cadre but not as strong as Congress. With leadership crisis, TDP cadre will fade away like anything. 

Remember, TDP's cadre is an ageing cadre with no new following established in the recent years.

Same casette system vunna AP lone kada mari maximum support vuntunde Congress ki. Except for brief years of TDP, everything was Congress and have enjoyed ultimate support from cassette infected state as well. TDP will be restricted to 3-4 districts party only.
