Doesn't work like that everywhere brother. I worked in a manufacturing firm where they traditionally clock in and clock out. So even though I worked well they had to still stick to the 8 to 5 rule. Since I don't eat a one hour lunch, I would eat lunch at my table and go to the gym in the one hour during lunch.
