Yeah man, erstwhile Hyderabad state is popularly known as Hyderabad Deccan..dakkan...derived from the daccan plateau...

talaratha bagaleka, tarvata andhra pradesh ayindi maa deccan...

but we are going to what we were idenfied as...Deccan....
