Serious responses only plz... I was in the same boat(telugu medium until 10th), but was able to crack fine from last many years .. To be honest working in gas station while doing Masters, really helped, before that it was hard for me to speak for couple of minutes with native speaker... I joined in toastmasters last October it did help me to reduce anxiety even though I am fine in vocab ( I Could see the results.. Able to strike up a conversation with strangers at gym Starbucks etc) I use Npr one app to listen to podcasts like here and now, how I built this etc.. You can listen while driving to work or while cooking.. Try to take a topic and speak for 2mins without preparing.. Record it and see where you are going wrong. Don't use like uhm so etc filler words. Take a pause for a moment and resume instead of joining with so like.. TV shows might help you a bit but not much.. reading books, op-ed news article n communicating with native speakers will help you to achieve your goal faster. I use Google play books app on phone to read non fiction books (don't read Harry Potter, game of thrones ASOIF books etc). Also spend time on reddit and see how people comment/argue on various topics.. Quote

Also ignore grammar nazi pedants..communicating and extending conversion is more important..also roam alone instead of desi gang sometimes, people does say hi and u can chat.. Quote
