Don’t sweat too much man ... some people learn new language quick some don’t it’s all in our brain wiring . 

Just try to be concise and speak slowly . Try to watch some tv series comedy , action etc.. in Netflix or Hulu .

oka high school teacher  dorikadu  na situation explain chesa he helped me alot he was explaining each  how to get american ascent more over  how get conversatioanal skills 2 weeks down the line i  got score in writing 

i paid him double what school pays him per hr

its not only the conversational skill we have to learn 

its about the body language,  and  ascent

ascent does not mean  the slang it includes  various aspects such as body language, expression etc 

which u can learn only by 1-1 from anyone.

Won't improve your comprehension skills that much, but it's good to improve vocabulary.

Vocabulary you have to learn. No way around it unless you hear the same words over and over and get used to them. 

 

Speaking, when you dont know what you are talking is different from speaking when you have knowledge and grip on the topic. 

Stop thinking in Telugu and translate it into English. 

 

Think in English if you want to talk in English.
