You are taking shortcuts because the rules are not making sense, they took shortcuts without violating the rules (maybe). my colleague PD with May 2009, he got EAD but just to get GC he is waiting since 5 years. Inka nuvvu nenu marchipovadame.

you cant complain. its their set rules, they are going by it.

US always encourages Ethnic Diversity, go any work place, apartment complex they have to obey diversity set rules, they cant accept Indians only taking 95% of all visas/GCs..
