హైదరాబాద్‌లో ప్లాస్టిక్‌ కవర్లపై సంపూర్ణ నిషేధం! 
సర్కారుకు ప్రతిపాదించిన జీహెచ్‌ఎంసీ 

హైదరాబాద్‌: నగరాన్ని కాలుష్య కాసారంలా మారుస్తోన్న ప్లాస్టిక్‌ కవర్లపై ఉక్కుపాదం మోపేందుకు హైదరాబాద్‌ మహానగరపాలక సంస్థ (జీహెచ్‌ఎంసీ) సిద్ధమైంది. కవర్లపై సంపూర్ణ నిషేధం విధించాలనే తీర్మానానికి బుధవారం జీహెచ్‌ఎంసీ ప్రధాన కార్యాలయంలో జరిగిన పాలకమండలి ఆమోదం తెలిపింది. ప్రతిపాదనను రాష్ట్ర సర్కారుకు పంపాలని నిర్ణయించింది. నూతన విధానం అమల్లోకి వస్తే గ్రేటర్‌లో ప్లాస్టిక్‌ కవర్ల ఉత్పత్తి, సరఫరా, వినియోగాన్ని పూర్తిగా అడ్డుకోవచ్చని మేయర్‌ బొంతు రామ్మోహన్‌ విశ్వాసం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. 
మినహాయింపు వీటికే.. 
* ప్రత్యేక ఆర్థిక మండలి(సెజ్‌), ఎక్స్‌పోర్ట్‌ ఓరియెంటెడ్‌ యూనిట్స్‌(ఈఓయూ) పరిధిలోని ప్లాస్టిక్‌కవర్ల తయారీ సంస్థలు ఎగుమతులకు సంబంధించి ఆర్డర్లపై మాత్రమే కవర్లను ఉత్పత్తి చేయాలి. 
* తయారీ సంస్థలు దిగుమతి చేసుకునే ఉత్పత్తులతో వచ్చే ప్లాస్టిక్‌ కవర్లకు అనుమతి. 
* మొక్కల పెంపకానికి ఉపయోగించే ప్లాస్టిక్‌ కవర్లను అటవీశాఖ, ఉద్యానవనశాఖ అనుమతితో తయారు చేయాలి. 
* పాలు, పాల ఆధారిత ఉత్పత్తుల తయారీకి ఉపయోగించే కవర్లకు అనుమతి. 
* పౌరులు, దుకాణదారు, వ్యాపారి, తయారీదారు ఇతరత్రా ఎవరైనా ఆయా నిబంధనల్ని ఉల్లంఘిస్తే భారీ జరిమాన ఉంటుంది. మొదటి ఉల్లంఘనకు రూ.25 వేలు, రెండోసారి రూ.50 వేలు, మూడోసారి ఉల్లంఘనకు పాల్పడితే సదరు దుకాణాన్ని పూర్తిగా మూసేయాలని జీహెచ్‌ఎంసీ ప్రభుత్వానికి ప్రతిపాదించింది.

As far as I know, Tadipatri lo, JC gadu strict ga implement sesadu ani, talk, adi enta nijamo maa CBN ke teliyali
