Wow.... RBI is just for managing the cash flow and currency. It doesn't dictate or control the value of rupee. Rupee value depends on lot of factors. one of the main factors is our export vs import ratio. 

Irrespective of rupee value, India's economy is hugely mismanaged by jaitley & modi. No question about it at all.
