Not necessarily true. Telugu is not Tamil....

Take the case of Karnataka....They in different parts, they speak Telugu,Kannada,Tulu and Konkan....but are grouped in one state. 

Tamil is spoken uniformly without slangs in entire Tamil Nadu...where as Telugu, it is spoken differently is different parts...Srikakulam,Chittor,Adilabad...compare telugu spoken in these three districts you will see variation and not just slang, even eating habits, food habits, culture,caste,marriages, etc are completely different and expecting everyone to live in one state just because the language they speak is some what closer to telugu is silly and stupid...

This is not true. If you have any true tamil friend from southern parts of Tamil Nadu you can ask him the slang differences. it's like you are telling each state in India speaks different language let's give separate country la undi. Just because of slang different separate states/countries istara?

This was the fundamental mistake done in 1950's and AP was created under this ideology which miserably failed. 

It was an experiment. AP,TG and telugu were like a guinea pig for govt of India and when the later re-orgnisation happened, they have been careful...while creating states out of bombay presidency,central provinces,buxar,bengal,koochbehar,united provinces,punjab...many problems were avoided which were overlooked while creating AP.

Culture nunchi logical boundaries vasthayi and if needed people learn the widely spoken language within those logical boundaries. But, Language can’t drive or derive the boundaries. Pina cheppina edhavala reorg commision is a big failure.

TN has similar culture all across the state with very slight variations, but slang lo pedda difference ledu vallaki...chennai , coimbatore, madurai, tuticorin...all regions la slang and culture variation kuda chala takuva...

where as in united AP, slang,language,words,culture,way of life motham different...

AP was re-organised in the most un-scientific way and the results were visible within 10 years itself...
