oka pani cheyi.. mistake aaindi ani realize avagane ..manager tho casual ga matladu.. ila aaindi em cheste baguntadi ani... 

in that way you bring to his attention before some one else raises.. when manager knows something is not right.. when is questioned by others he will have something to talk about it...
