Apartment community cheating

Hello Folks,

I have below situation, can i do something to get my charges back? kindly advise.

Hello, I stayed at an Apartment in Norristown, PA for almost 2 years. I have renewed my apartment lease after staying for 1 year due to my project extension. During the lease renewal,I have investigated the lease break terms as my project assignment duration was not certain. At the time of renewing the lease, the leasing office said that "I can break the lease with the 60 days notice and with an employer letter that I am relocating due to project purposes". After lease renewal and staying at the apartment for about 4 months, my project in PA winded and I had to move to Denver. In that process , when I went to leasing office to give the 60 days notice and an Employment letter as said above at the time of renewing the lease, they have changed the words saying that " In addition to 60 days notice and employment letter, there is an early termination fee of one months rent" which I was not aware of till I went to give the 60 day notice. I have argued with the leasing office that there was no letter/notice sent regarding the change and this is not fare. The management at the leasing office said " there was a change in the rule after I signed the lease and they cant do much about it ". I have an email from the leasing office that the rule was changed at a later date.

nee lease agreement lo emaina raasindi vunda? if yes, you can defend.

if no, nuvvu em cheyyalev..untill unless vaallu cheppedi mottam (aa terms change) malli police la mundu chepta ante tappa.

ee situation lo you dont even need to give 60 days notice and dot pay any early termination fee of 1 month.

nee Rental histroy bad avutundhi anthe.. just leave whichever day you want to and send them a notice that you are vacating on a particualr day..

Rental community vallu nee @aat bhi peekaleru.. erri pook galllu... niluvu dopidi chestharu ilane.

just get out of the community wihtout paying any penatly and 60 days notice ..

worst case nee rental histroy lo you vioilated the rental notice period ani matrame untundhi..

and if you are movign to new state picha lite. assalu emi kattodhu..

Complain to BBB about the fact that they aren't honoring the terms of their own lease, plus approach the small claims court. They can't do to you.

peekinav thi 1 month rent ki edustunav katteyyi....konni places la only lease buy out option untadi anthe nen total buy out chesina 4 months rent kattesi without sublease option

pay and move on bro.... Rental history affect ayithey it will tuff to get future rentals. 

Not worth the risk in my opinion.

same state lo aythe ivvaru. but again it depends. If you choose to rent a property owned by soem owner(desi owners),then ivvani picha lite...

If you violate the terms, you will not get a house for rent else where. Pay and move-on. Try to get moving expenses from your employer if possible.
