Despite the dramatic forward movement in the EB-3 India final action date, USCIS is not reporting a corresponding increase in demand in this category. This lower demand could result in rapid advancement in this category (again, not enough to make it current). This could either have an effect of  possible retrogression later, or could create an EB-2 to EB-3 downgrade scenario, which could spur EB-3 India demand, slowing the advancement of the date.

 

There is no way to know how far forward EB-3 might advance or when EB-1 may be current again.
