I took my kid when she was about 2 months.  I paid for vaccinations in India. But make sure to keep the receipts, prescription also the medicine box for vaccination. It's important for the record. When you come back update record.

I am from hyd. At least hyd lo anni untayi including diapers. I got purees too when she was 5 months old. Ippudu Anni bagunnayi. You get everything in hyd.

In flight, before landing and take off make sure to put cotton in her ears. Or probably throughout. Babies get irritated due to air pressure. Also make sure baby is using bottle or sucking on something. Mouth movements help on ear.

Keep gripe water or gravol, Tylenol handy during journey. See your connection and change baby clothes accordingly.

My kids can't even tolerate shoes and change to sandals on the way to Hyd.

Hope this helps.
