yeah they try to adjust to environment, daylight, food cycle  etc on their own..

dont bother about that part much.

Ma baby no sleeping at all ...growth spurts anta...we are making sure hez fed , clean diaper everything but no use ...1,11/2 hour malli same routine cheyali...inka nite time ayithy 1-5 no sleep
