Any MyHome Vihanga owners in DB ?

Hearing some issues lately with this project, any one know full details ?

There you go, finally things are out. Folks of My Home, Krishe and Vihanga and some die hard fans of My Home (who wait for years to buy on the day of launch without looking at any other option in market) hate me for openly criticising about My Home quality and openly talking about "real" value of buying with them compared to "apparent" value. They always look at my posts as biased criticism when in reality I had always justified my statements with reason and evidence and only try to help let readers understand what-is-what in real sense and evaluate every other aspect and then make a decision in buying. I can present a close to reality picture of living experience in a community by looking at masterplans, floor plans, blueprints and on going construction. When I try to share some of this understanding, there is lots of resistance. Good luck to those guys with their money and investments.


Now justify the “value” in buying with them at the reasonable “price”. Pay a 2-3 Lakhs more and get them fixed yourself now? No, its not possible always. So would you buy My Home only because it delivers with only few months of delay (yes, not on time please)? I don't understand why buyers die about a few months of delay and give super high importance to super-speedy construction. Accidents happen at high speeds and we fail to remember this in case of construction projects.


I also know that folks of Avatar also in talks with My Home management about Vihanga issues and asking to change specs, quality etc etc. of Avatar to avoid the situation. Folks of Krishe also should do the same.


I'm not even sure RERA will help in addressing these quality issues with My Home RERA projects. Why? Many in the past commented about My Home staff’s attitude and their political connections with ruling government etc etc. In fact this could be the reason Vihanga people ganged up for group protest. If My Home staff did address the concerns, they wouldn't have protested like this. So with this kind of political connections and attitude, I highly doubt even future RERA complaints on any post occupation issues will be handled fairly with RERA board.

Quality bad price more. Time ki icheyaali aney thondhara lo quality compromise avuthunnadu ani raasadu ga.
