Removal of H4 EAD is inevitable. I am guessing, the rule will be proposed in June followed by 30 to 60 days of pointless commenting period and then finalizing and writing it to federal register. I am guessing it will be gone in 90 days. Proposed rule will have all the details of what happens to the validity of existing EADs.

If someone goes to court things might change. Not sure how court will respond to it. They did  gave stay on DACA revoke bill.

No man, going to court may not be that easy and even it does, it will be struck there for ever with ruling coming against.
