if i'm not wrong, they won't issue new or renewals after they rescind and existing one's will let expire. So until expiration you may use or one year limit istaru like TPS termination to Honduras or Nepal.

See DACA is an EO and judges asked for valid explaination how this is bad. H4 EAD if someone files a lawsuit (obviously there will be positive comments as well) especially from those who started and employed US citizens, DHS will have hard time to prove that they are replacing Americans. H1B: They can prove this based on Disney but H4 , there are no such cases. If u find a good judge like hawaii one, DHS might go for out of court settlement. but this will definitely delay. Also 130 congress members asked not to revoke, so this will put pressure on court decision. 90k is too less for 3 yrs. So wait and watch game. Anyway, they are going so badly on H1 nowadays which is even major worry

H4 EAD people are given jobs by companies with no need to look for citizens first.It is clear violation of hire american first policy. will be very easy to prove. H4 EAD people are working in Walmart too. Are you saying there are not enough americans to take walmart jobs ?  If that was the case then unemployment rate should have been zero.

Nope. H4 numbers are too low. Its valid argument for H1B! DACA is 11 million and they are the ones who are taking jobs for citizens

Buy American Hire American is an EO and not legislation. Arguing based on it doesn't hold in the court!

Litigation will only delay , I am not saying it won;t be gone. That depends on valid proof and not assumptions.
