Mesthri tho issue avuda?

I am working for

 my mesthri -> Broker 1 -> Tella agent 1-> client. so basically 2 layers between me and client 

Machine done time to move out. 

TCS doing Producting support to Client. now they come to know about me offering fulltime with them to support same client. will my mesthri or Tella agent causes any legal issues with this?
