applied h1b extension from employer 'a' >>>>>>>after 1 rfe got denial>>>>employer filed mtr and change of emplyer to 'b'>>>>>waiting for receipt notice on mtr.

in my condition can i change my employer to 'c' and join new position? really stressed 

what are the chances of mtr to get approved? Can I still work when mTR is in process?

anybody experienced?

if Ur I-94 is not expired, then U can move to employer  "c" else you cannot go

No MTR lo work cheyyalev.. denial  thelisaka..

 

ne old i-94 expire ai enni days avthundhi. with in grace period.. new employer ki change ayyipo.. receipt tho work cheyyechu

Why we can't change employer with i94 expiry??

but nenu already MTR apply chesanu, ippudu oka fulltime confirm ayyindhi. Ippudu change of employer cheyachaa when MTR  in process.

So andukani explained my situation iippudu employer change avvacha ?

with in grace period lo receipt thechukunte.. you can work..

take legal help...not advisable to rely on suggestions on a case like this

Give the dates man.. may be some body can help..current H1 Expiry Date/i94 Expiry Date, Date denied etc...

H1B deny avthe Grace Period undadhu anukunta.. it us only when H1B expires..

Denial ki immediate leave anukunta..
