No-fault insurance accident claim????

Hi friends,

nenu michigan lo untunna.recently parking lot lo backing chestunte vere car ni hit chesanu and dents vachayi on the other car.nothing happened to my car.we called cops and he gave accident report.ippudu should I call my insurance company and report accident or the other party should call his insurance company because it’s no-fault policy in Michigan.please share your thoughts on this???

Call other party  insuranc and claim.. if u claim on urs and if other party rejects, ur premium will go up. They totally go by police report.

your insurance will call you and will interview you..who's at fault will be decided once both insurances work on this and solve the case.

Akada suggestion ichey question ledhu  ... do you know what is no fault insurance.   vadu insurance claim chesthay thier insurance guy will call you just to know about the accident nee isnurance ki call chesi max ah car owner ki undey deductible kattu antaru but mostly cheyaru .....just try to know about no fault insurance or google...
